Description of the work

• At the beginning you will be observing the groups and how the people work with the kids. Step by step you will make bonds with the students and learn what to do and how to do the activities with each kid or teenager. When you are more adapted you will be able to work more individually with the students and will be of great help to each therapist, with whom you will work as a team.
• If you have an interest in art, music (for example if you can play a musical instrument) or sport, you will have a lot to offer these children. Fundacion Integrar includes certain activities such as football games, swimming, horse therapy, among others in which you can also participate.
• On the other hand, you can also help with making contact with donors in and outside Ecuador, maintaining the web page or other advertising material, planning projects, etc.

Keep in mind
You are going to work with kids with special needs and need a lot of love and patience. Some of them are very demanding. The kids make strong bonds and you need to be serious and dedicated to your work. The work will contain a lot of laughter and joy but it is important that you as an adult are responsible and that you fulfill your accomplishment.

Time:
The school attends Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 15:00, but the school is flexible regarding your timetable.
They require that the volunteer work for a minimum of 3 months.
